How do I return an item?

Product Returns or Exchanges honors the manufacturer's warranty on all new products sold. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, return the product to us within 30 days in (new/unused and original packaging) condition and receive a refund or exchange. Remember that only items in new and unused condition can be returned for a refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued in the same payment method as tendered for the purchase price of the item(s) returned, excluding the original shipping amount. All returns are inspected prior to crediting or exchanging (returns shipped to us C.O.D. will not be accepted. Items such as special orders, custom golf clubs, personalized or corporate logo golf balls are not returnable. If you should need to return an item, contact by email for a Return Authorization. Returns without a Return Authorization will not be accepted. We strongly recommend that you insure the item when shipping. All items returned must be in like new condition and will be inspected prior to credit being issued. CUSTOM ORDERS, PERSONALIZED ITEMS, and USED ITEMS are non-returnable. Any products that have been used are not returnable. Shoes that have been tried on inside and returned in new condition are returnable, but shoes worn outside cannot be returned. SPECIAL ORDER items that are not regular in stock items are non-returnable. Items where the packaging has been damaged are non-returnable.
